Treasurer's Report Month ended March 31
For the month of March, group contributions were $1,394 under budget and individual contributions were $751 over budget. Bookstore sales were $1,149 under budget.
Total expenses for March were $6,076 under budget. This difference was due to timing (employee expenses and equipment lease).
We had a deficit of $5,471 for March; however, we have a year-to-date surplus of $3,487. Unrestricted cash balance decreased from $48,956 to $43,505, which represents a little over two months of average operating expenses.

 Archives Committee Wants Your Help
Are you a historian? Do you keep old A.A. materials? Know anyone else who does?
The Archives Committee is looking for old A.A. meeting schedules for San Francisco and Marin, and other Bay Area locations, especially for the years 1994-1997.
If you can help, please contact archives@aasf.org. We will borrow your schedules, copy and scan them for our records, and return them to you.
(Archives is cooperating with a research project of the Alcohol Research Group of the Public Health Institute, to the extent permitted by our traditions.) |
The Point: Are you a regular reader of our Intergroup monthly newsletter, The Point? If yes, then you know what a fine publication it is. If not, treat yourself: go to www.aasf.org/thepoint and read the current issue. Back issues also available on the website.
The Intergroup recently voted to keep publishing The Point in hard copy (as well as distribute electronically via the website) in an attempt to get the information to the widest possible audience. A year’s subscription costs only $12, and it makes a terrific gift for sobriety birthdays. Just contact Central Office, or sign up online.
If your group has registered trusted servants, they will automatically receive a subscription in the mail to keep your meeting informed. Online Trusted Servant Registration [here].
